Precast elements for solid ceiling system

Used widely in civil engineering in Europe, this type of ceiling started to gain more ground in our country, due to its undeniable advantages. The ceiling system is used both as ceiling for houses, multi-storey buildings up to 20 floors, administrative, social and cultural, as well as ceiling for roof (sloping). The ceiling system is composed of a system of beams, with spacious shell-shaped armature with oblique welded truss and inferior sole welded into a mold, expanded clay and concrete filling bodies and concrete filled among the beams. The upper plate is reinforced with wire mesh, and poured with a concrete layer. Installation of beams and blocks is quick, manually, without difficulty and does not require special skills. Sound and high thermal insulation obtained after mounting of ceiling system is a major advantage. Light weight and simple mounting scheme essentially contributes to lowering the cost of construction.
